Reghan Jordan, daughter of Alex and Terri Jordan, is a senior at Ravenwood High School and a member of the Varsity Cheerleading Team.
She started cheering when she was only three years old. From there, it has grown into a lifelong passion.
When asked what inspires her to continue training and competing she said, “I’m inspired to work hard at practice so my team and I can look the best we can.”
Jordan said that her coaches, Stephanie Dykes and Katie Cagle, are her biggest role models.
“They push me and my teammates to work hard,” she said.
Cagle and Dykes said of Jordan, “Reghan is a captain for the football sideline cheerleading squad. She has leadership skills and qualities that enable her to gracefully lead her peers while still holding their respect. She is highly skilled and has a wonderful personality, yet remains humble. She is definitely deserving of Athlete of the Week.”
As far as her plans for college, Jordan is currently undecided.
