The Lotz House, located in the heart of downtown Franklin, has hired Laura A. Westbrook as director of group sales, marketing and community relations.

As a new director at the historic home, Westbrook will aid the Lotz House in management of group tours, promotion of the Lotz story and local business outreach and development.

Westbrook joins the Lotz House team with previous experience as real estate administrator and Realtor at Bob Parks Realty, LLC. She is also an affiliate with the Williamson County Convention and Visitors Bureau.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Belmont University. As a native to Franklin, she is involved in the community as member of WCAR, volunteer at the Hertigage Foundation and as a Williamson County CVB specialist, among others.
