Man wore wig, hat in Saturday morning robbery of US Bank branch in Brentwood

The Brentwood Police Department is investigating a robbery at the US Bank branch located at 289 Franklin Road, at the southern end of the Hill Center just north of Brentwood United Methodist Church.

The incident occurred at about 10:10 a.m. on Saturday, April 14. A man armed with a semi-automatic handgun robbed a bank employee at gunpoint and fled the bank on foot with an undetermined amount of currency.

The suspect was last seen on foot south of the bank building.

He as described as a white male, 6’2” tall, 190 pounds, approximately 40-50 years old. The suspect was wearing a straw hat and long dark colored wig. He was dressed in blue jeans and was wearing a blue plastic poncho over his clothing. No vehicle was seen by witnesses.
