Nashville Scene’s 25th Annual Movies in the Park, one of the most popular free events of the summer, is returning to Elmington Park starting June 6.
Brought to you by the Nashville Scene, in partnership with Metropolitan Boards of Parks and Recreation and the Nashville Film Festival, Movies in the Park provides a fun-filled free event on Thursday evenings at Elmington Park and is recognized as one of the city’s most beloved annual events.
The festivities kick off at 5 p.m. with food trucks, vendors, games and giveaways. Movies begin promptly at sundown, typically around 8 p.m. The films being presented at this year’s Movies in the Park are Black Panther (June 6th), Air Bud *90s Throwback Night! (June 13th). Just in case it sprinkles down, the reserved rain date is June 20th.
Food will be available for purchase from Athens Family Restaurant, Banh Mi & Roll, Daddy’s Dogs, Early Eats, Funk Seoul Brother, Little Cancun, Pizza Perfect, Ben & Jerry’s and Retro Sno.
The event is sponsored by and partnered with Care Now Urgent Care and Shipt.
