Emblem, a new development of 361 Class A luxury apartments on Nichol Mill Lane near the CoolSprings Galleria mall, is now leasing, according to an announcement from North American Properties.

All 361 residential units at Emblem feature open floor plans, stainless
steel appliances, granite and quartz countertops, vinyl plank flooring and a choice of three distinct designer collections that allow residents to tailor their living space to their preferred style.
Amenities include a resort-style pool and outdoor lounge, grilling stations, fire pit and outdoor
gathering spaces, and a club-level fitness center. Emblem’s residents lounge is highlighted by an Internet cafe, spacious conference room, coffee bar and multiple flat-screen televisions. The property offers lush landscape, secured and enclosed parking, air-conditioned corridors and pet-friendly policies.
