The Nolensville Planning Commission met in a brief meeting that wrapped up in under 10 minutes and saw the unanimously approved of two separate phases of the Final Plat for the Burkitt Village subdivision and bond actions.
The commission approved both Phase 4 and Phase 5 final plats for Burkitt Village, which were presented as and voted on as two separate items on the agenda.
The Consent Agenda was also unanimously approved which included five bond items.
Item one was an extension of the landscape performance bond for the Scales Farmstead Amenities Center site plan for 60-days to Nov. 11.
Item two was an extension of the landscape performance bond for Belvedere for one year to Sept. 20, 2020.
Next was an extension of the performance bond for Whittmore Phase 2A for one year to Sept. 24, 2020.
Item three was extension of the landscape performance bond for Whittmore Phase 1 for one year to Sept. 25, 2020.
The last item in the consent agenda was an extension of the performance bond for Allied Overhead Door site plan for one year to Sept. 25, 2020.
The commission also heard a report on last week’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting which saw the deferral of both the proposed Southwalk development and the first reading of the proposed amendment to the town’s noise ordinance.
