Mary Whitcomb Stover, age 90 of Franklin, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 4, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.
Mary was born in Ellsworth, Maine on April 27, 1928, daughter of the late John and Ruth Whitcomb.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard A. Stover; and two brothers, John and Bill Whitcomb. Survivors include her loving children, Kathryn (Larry) Spencer, Richard (Karen) Stover, Lisa (Laurie) Stover-Little and Andrea (John) Paine; six grandchildren, Jessica, Christopher, Ashlyn, Nolan, Evan and Kellan; two great grandchildren, Maddison and Cooper.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 6, 2018, at 11 a.m. in Historic Franklin Presbyterian Church, with Pastor Sally Hughes officiating.
Memorials may take the form of donations to the Historic Franklin Presbyterian Church fund, in loving memory of Mary Whitcomb Stover.
