“Parenting Difficult Behaviors: a Community Seminar,” will be presented later this month in Franklin by Mercy Community Healthcare.
The one-night educational seminar discussing the reasons that children misbehave and how parents and caregivers can better address their challenging behaviors will be presented from 5-6 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, at Redeeming Grace Church, 1113 Murfreesboro Rd. Suite 310, Franklin, in the Williamson Square Shopping Center, just down from Sola Salon.
The presentation will review the “Four Goals of Misbehavior” and discuss small changes that parents or caregivers can make to help decrease conflict and strain in your home. The material covered in this presentation is from “The Parent’s Handbook” by Don Dinkmeyer, Jr. and Gary D. McKay.
