NHS faculty nominated Ugo Offodile for their Knights Making a Difference program this week.
Ugo Offodile, son of Regina Offodile and Floyd Youmans, is a freshman at Nolensville High School and this week’s Student of the Week.
He is a member of the Best Buddies program at NHS. His biggest passions outside of the classroom are spending time with his family and playing video games.
One of his biggest role models is his father, Floyd. “He teaches me how to be a responsible young man,” Offodile said.
Emily Frisby, a Transition I teacher at NHS, nominated Offodile for Student of the Week.
She said of him, “He is constantly looking for ways to help others. He is eager to learn more in classes and constantly checking for understanding. He’s self-motivated and has a strong work ethic!”
As he is only a freshman, Offodile is currently undecided about his career and college plans.
