“The Window: Expressions of Anne Frank” is coming to the Brentwood Library this coming Sunday in an early commemoration of World Holocaust Remembrance Day.
“The Window” takes the words from the diary of Anne Frank, a teen-age girl who hid from the Nazis during World War II in the occupied Netherlands and weaves her words into a story brought to life through the voice of Spring Hill actor Sheridan Hillegeist.
The play will be performed at 3 p.m. on Sunday, January 13, 2019, at the Brentwood Library, just east of I-65 at Concord Road in Brentwood.
The play offers audiences the opportunity to experience the positive spirit of Anne Frank, whose uplifting words in the face of persecution still inspire us today. A musical theme runs through the play, with violin solos performed by Franklin musician Angel Belog.
